The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Upon arrival, the elevator was out of order, forcing us to carry our luggage three flights of stairs. The room had a persistent unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable, and it was quite distracting. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was erratic, often cutting out during important moments.

Couples seeking a unique experience
The room was spacious and had this compact but nicely renovated bath with an amazing rainfall shower, seriously, it was like a waterfall you could never run out of hot water from! The location is a maze, but once you master it, you realize you walked to all the sights, which is totally worth it.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but you know, good enough for what you get.

This was just an ideal choice for a city trip in Florence with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze and providing great local tips that enhanced our visit. Request a room on a higher floor for a quieter stay, as the street noise can be noticeable.

The location is perfect, just minutes from attractions like the Ponte Vecchio. My room was clean and cozy, providing a welcoming atmosphere after a long day of exploring Florence. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the receptionist who greeted me with warmth and offered great local dining recommendations. However, finding the hotel was a bit tricky, as my taxi driver initially dropped me at the wrong place. Also, the room was smaller than anticipated, particularly being a budget option, but it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I did encounter a minor issue with the hair dryer not working, but overall, the experience was pleasant and enjoyable, fitting my budget and needs quite well.

Located in a bustling area, the accommodation offered a warm, welcoming vibe right from check-in, with daily room cleaning and complimentary refreshments enhancing the experience. However, the room lacked some essential amenities, like a working hair dryer, and staff responsiveness to maintenance issues left something to be desired. Despite the cozy feel of the room, the absence of a coffee machine was noticeable, and noise from the street occasionally interrupted the tranquility.
